fittings, in the small diameter range, that is, for pipe fittings with a diameter of ф63-ф200, standard seamless
steel pipes will be selected. For pipe fittings with a diameter of ф225-ф1200, the thickness of the steel plate will
be accurately determined according to the size of the socket. Common thickness specifications include 6mm, 8mm,
10mm, and 12mm. The steel plate is formed through a curling process and then welded.
After the pipe fittings are
formed and welded, they go through the grinding and sandblasting process to remove the protrusions and burrs left by
the welding and enhance the adhesion for the subsequent plastic spraying process. Then, the key electrostatic
