HDPE Welding Machine
Detailed description of manual hot-melt butt welding machine:
The manual hot-melt butt welding machine includes a heating plate, a clamp device, a manual drive mechanism, and a temperature control system. The connecting end faces of the pipes and fittings are heated by the electric heating plate to make the end faces reach a molten state, and then a certain pressure is applied by the manual device to butt the two pipes or pipes and fittings together, and the pressure is maintained to cool and solidify, which generally takes 5-15 minutes. During the cooling process, the molten plastic gradually solidifies to form a firm welded joint. After cooling, loosen the clamp and take out the connected pipe. At this point, the welding process is over.
The hand crank device is located on one side of the equipment and consists of a hand crank, transmission shaft, gears or screws and other transmission parts. The hand crank is usually made of rubber or plastic, which is comfortable to the touch and easy to operate. By shaking the crank, the transmission parts are rotated, and then the clamp is moved axially to achieve the docking and separation of the pipes.
Features and advantages of manual hot-melt butt welding machine:
Good portability: The manual
hot-melt butt welding machine is small in size and light in weight, which is easy to carry and move at different
construction sites. It is especially suitable for places with small space or inconvenient transportation, such as
interior decoration, small construction projects, field operations, etc.
Simple operation: No complex power drive
system and automatic control device are required. The hot-melt butt welding process of the pipeline can be completed
only by manual operation, which reduces the technical requirements for operators and is easy to master and
operate.
Low cost: Compared with electric or automatic hot-melt butt welding machines, the manual hot-melt butt
welding machine has a simple structure and no complex electrical components and drive devices, so the equipment
price is relatively low, and its energy consumption is low and the cost of use is not high.
Easy maintenance: Since the structure of the manual hot-melt butt welding machine is not complicated and the parts are relatively few,
the maintenance work is relatively simple. Common maintenance work such as cleaning, checking the wear of parts,
replacing wearing parts, etc. can be completed by general operators, without the need for professional maintenance
personnel, nor does it need to be equipped with complex maintenance equipment and tools, which can effectively
reduce the maintenance cost and downtime of the equipment.
Wide range of application: The hand-cranked hot-melt
butt welding machine can be used to connect a variety of thermoplastic plastic pipes, such as PE, PP-R, PVC and so
on covering common pipe specifications in many fields such as building water supply and drainage, municipal water
supply, agricultural irrigation, chemical pipelines, etc., and has a wide range of applications. Whether it is a
small household pipe installation or a large industrial pipe system construction, it can play a role within a
certain range of pipe specifications.

The manual hot-melt butt welding machine is mainly used in the following scenarios:
1. Water supply pipeline system: In urban water supply projects, it is used to connect water supply pipes to transport water from water
plants to various water supply areas to ensure a stable supply of water for urban residents and industrial
use.
2. Drainage pipeline system: For urban rainwater discharge and sewage collection systems, drainage pipes
require reliable connection methods.
3. Chemical system: In chemical companies, it is used to connect pipelines
for transporting various chemical raw materials. The pipes welded by this welder can withstand certain pressure and
chemical corrosion to ensure the safety of raw material transportation during chemical production.
4. Irrigation system: In farmland irrigation projects or water conservancy irrigation projects, it is used to connect irrigation
main pipelines and branch pipelines to transport water from water sources to farmland or irrigation areas. It can
meet the requirements of large flow and high pressure water delivery, ensure the efficient operation of the
irrigation system, and improve the utilization efficiency of water resources.
