Preparation: Connect the power supply to the welding gun, check whether the cable and welding gun interface are intact, and ensure that the welding gun is free of foreign objects.
Setting parameters: Adjust the temperature and wind speed of the welding gun according to the different welding materials. Generally, the welding temperature of plastic materials is set at 300°C – 400°C, and the wind speed is adjusted according to the size of the operating area.
