The semi-automatic hydraulic hot melt welding machine is composed of a frame, a heating plate, a milling cutter, a hydraulic system, and a clamping device. It is specially used for welding plastic pipes with a diameter of 160mm - 355mm.

process. First, the welding end faces of the PE pipe and pipe fittings are heated to a certain temperature to melt
them and prepare for welding. After heating, the hydraulic system presses the melted end faces of the pipe and pipe
fittings according to the set pressure, and connects the melted surfaces at both ends into a firm joint through
pressure.
After the welding is completed, the pressure is maintained for a certain period of time, and the welded
joint is cooled and solidified to form a high-quality welded point with a strength close to that of the original
pipe.
